Villa in Karabayır

2022, Eskişehir – The house, located in Odunpazarı district, was placed on a natural slope and respects the environment in which it is located. The house, which has a simple design, has been thought together with a large and private backyard where the family can have a pleasant time.

Spaciousness and nature were the most important parameters in this residential structure, which was designed as a 2-storey building on a 1500 m2 plot, and the indoor area was kept at a minimal and modest level. At the same time, special details were solved by using modern materials along with a modern architectural style in the building. In order not to be affected by the summer drought and the scorching sun, which are the negative effects of the Central Anatolian climate, a large green area arrangement and pergolas that will create shade for the spaces have been considered.

All furniture, building elements, landscape elements and plants in the entire project have been specially designed according to the wishes and needs of the user.
