Mahal Meydan Residence

2011, Eskişehir – Our design strategy was to develop a new approach to the planning of public spaces, a common problem in contemporary architecture, by combining active and dynamic squares and terraces with opportunities to shop in a residential building.

Architectural focus has been on designing open squares helping people meeting their needs. Mahal Meydan Residence (MMR) is different to regular housing projects and shopping malls in its design language and approach. Hence it adds value to the area, attracts visitors and peoples interest.
